Do not email sensitive records.
Support should not require copies of your medical records, service records, claim files, or other sensitive evidence.
Do not send passwords, payment details, Social Security numbers, VA file numbers, government identification, medical records, or other highly sensitive personal information by email.
Purchases, installation, restoration, refunds, and account eligibility follow Microsoft Store policies for Windows and Mac App Store policies for macOS. Use the account you purchased with in the applicable store. Meritwright can help with the app, but cannot change your store account or its purchase decisions. Never send store passwords to support.
Norivault is independent self-help software. For help with a specific VA claim, consider a VA-accredited representative.
